PulseSpeed.eu provides free network measurement tools for informational purposes. Measurement results are indicative and may differ from measurements by your internet provider.

## 2. Port scanner

The port scanner only checks the IP address you are connected from. By using this tool you confirm that you are authorized to scan the relevant ports.

## 3. Liability

PulseSpeed.eu accepts no liability for damages arising from use of the service. Tools are provided as-is, without warranties.

## 4. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
